The painters of the early twentieth century as Egon Schiele, Fancis Bacon and Lucian Freud were the inspiration of Emilio’s story: “La Gola”. Think a cross between Schiele’s ported twisted body shapes and expressive lines. Freud’s figurative work, and Bacon’s graphic and emotionally raw imagery evoked through placing figures against flat nondescript backgrounds. Emilio Tini modernized the vision of early twentieth century painters, and brought their expressionism to a greater, bolder new level. Tini especially excels in emphasizing the contrast between the masculine and feminine.
